EKS Management Company became a finalist of the Commercial Real Estate Federal Awards in the category "Developer of the Year - Regions of Russia" and Retail and entertainment center “Semya»  in Ufa city - a finalist in the category "Large Retail and entertainment center». The award ceremony was held in St. Petersburg in may 2009.Сommercial Real Estate Awards was established in 2003 at the initiative of industry and the business community. And has already established itself as the most important and prestigious event of commercial real estate industry.
